A doctoral candidate at the "Human rights under pressure" (HR-UP) program. Before joining HR-UP, Moran worked for four years at Gisha – Legal Center for Freedom of Movement as Public Advocacy Coordinator. She received an M.A. in political science (Magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in behavioral sciences from Ben Gurion University. During her M.A. studies she worked as Research Coordinator and Assistant in the Participatory Social Marketing program of the Department of Communications at Tel Aviv University. She also volunteered at the Sexual Assault Crisis Center in Tel Aviv and at MachsomWatch.
