Daphna is a PhD student in the Political Science Department. She holds a BA in Philosophy and Political Science and an MA in Political Science from the Hebrew University and a certificate in international migration studies from Georgetown University. Her research focuses on the inter-relations between government and civil society organizations in Israel.

Daphna is an external relations and resource development professional with expertise in the political-diplomatic field. In the past decade, she had worked at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross as well as with various civil society organizations in Israel and abroad.
