Avishai Green is a PhD student at the Department of Political Science and a doctoral researcher in the DigitalValues project. His research is on the construction and communication of “political values” in the digital sphere. This includes firstly focusing on the explicit use of the term values in a political context (within different cultures), exploring questions such as: what does the invocation of “values” signify politically? The dissertation will secondly focus on specific values and their use in political contexts, in particular those related to truthfulness, sincerity, and authenticity.
