Dissertation title: Inner party personalization - an indication of party decline or party adaptation?

Avital is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research is focusing on the increase of personalization in the inner party arena, using different methods of comparison. she has a B.A in political science and communication from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her master's thesis focused on descriptive and substantive representation of minorities in the Israeli parliament. She is also currently working as a researcher at the Israel Democracy Institute
