My research centers on the notion of collective, or group-level agency, and on the potential of such a concept to serve as an underlying foundation for just political practice. I explore this idea with the intention of providing conceptual tools for socio-historical groups to achieve the necessary political and material gains that have thus far alluded them. The argument I aim to justify is that collective agency, in and of itself, may provide a broad framework for the just politicization of social democratic politics.
