My field of research is egalitarianism in cities, and how it is influenced by housing and planning policy at the national and local level. The dissertation suggests a novel way to define and measure city egalitarianism, and the way in which urban regeneration policy at the hyper-local, municipal and national level influences access of diverse population to successful urban areas.
